Hours per week – 24 hours. Part time | Isle of Man | £35,745 – £40,221 per annum pro rata | Start date on or after 1st January 2025.
We are looking for an experienced person to lead our motivated team, networking churches and schools together, overseeing existing work in schools and the innovation of new work according to the vision, aims and objectives of the charity. The successful candidate will have experience in line managing staff and in project management. They will be a highly competent organiser, with good written skills and able to communicate well with staff, the education and faith communities as well as charity supporters. The role will carry various responsibilities including motivating, training and inspiring our associate team, from many Christian denominations, as well as leading by example in commitment to work with children and young people, consistent with Scripture Union Ministry Trust’s mission.
