Kristina is a qualified secondary school teacher with leadership and management experience both in the education and voluntary sectors. Growing up on the Isle of Man, she has been a SUMT volunteer in many forms since 1997, serving as a Trustee since 2009. In her spare time, she is also a Pilates instructor and enjoys using dance and movement as worship, especially when it can involve her own children.
Sue Yardy

As a qualified primary school teacher, Sue is passionate about using creativity and storytelling to engage children and young people both in the context of schools and churches. She joined SUMT in 2018, when she moved to the Isle of Man with her husband. Sue has two dogs and, in any spare time she has, loves to go walking, do jigsaws, read and try her hand at any sort of craft work.
Panda Dooley

Having been a volunteer for SUMT for a number of years and as a qualified youth worker, in September 2022 Panda became a full-time member of the staff team. She particularly enjoys working with churches across the island to share faith with young people and exploring how to promote wellbeing in schools. In her free time, Panda enjoys having coffee with friends and family, walking her dogs, reading and listening to music.
Hannah Grove

Hannah has a degree in Creative Therapies and worked in mental health before joining SUMT in 2017. Hannah has since trained as a relationship and sex educator and a trauma informed practitioner. She is passionate about providing timely, inclusive and interactive relationship education for young people. Hannah is a wife and mother to three children, who loves coffee, painting, crochet, reading, cooking, walks and too many other things to list.
Sarah Rotchell

Sarah has recently returned to the Island (and to SUMT!) after 7 years away in the UK and she is delighted to be back. She is married to the lovely Sam and Mum to Leo, Ivy, Bear and Iris. Sarah believes passionately in the power of local church and ecumenical thinking and – as an eternal child at heart – loves spending time with kids and young people, especially when centred around sharing faith. Sarah loves to laugh, to read, to swim in the sea in all weathers and to learn all she can about trees.
Katryna Baptist

Katryna was born and raised on the Isle of Man, and fondly remembers Scripture Union activities in her youth. She is a qualified marketer, and has a business and teaching background. After working in the UK, Katryna returned to the Island with her family a few years ago. She is delighted to use her skills to promote and develop SUMT’s mission. When not at work, they enjoy exploring the world in their motorhome with their beloved cat and dog, having fun outdoor adventures together.
Ben Pitt

Ben has a background in music & runs his own music teaching business alongside his SUMT post. He loves to play and make all sorts of music and especially express worship through it. He is passionate about using his creative skills to reach young people and communicate faith. He is husband to Gina and together they have 3 gorgeous children. If Ben is not doing something musical he will likely be out enjoying the island and its various coffee spots.
